FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ):Q: What do you charge for your services?A: First consult is free (up to 1 hour), after that we have several options: ● (Preferred) Fixed price quoted for fixed specification project - please note this includes some contingiency. Terms and conditions apply. ● High priority service rate for undefined work that needs to be done ASAP = $120 per hour + GST ● Normal service rate for undefined work = $100 per hour + GST ● Fill-in service rate for undefined work that can wait until we have time = $80 per hour + GST Q: We don't have the capital for design up front, what can we do? A: We are a flexible business and can come to a mutual agreement through either profit share, equity share, partnerships etc. Such arrangements are on a case by case basis. Q: You are based in the country, are you willing to travel for work? A: Absolutely! Although, we are based in the wheatbelt town of Bruce Rock, we regularly travel to Perth to accommodate clients’ needs. Work is typically done from Bruce Rock, however, we are open to meet and work on-site anywhere in Australia, by agreement, and can work to your needs. Q: Most of our existing data was created in Solidworks (or other software), can you still help us? A: Absolutely! Inventor can open most popular 3D CAD file formats. Work will be completed in Inventor or AutoCAD, and exported back to a format readable by original package.
